GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The buyer agrees to accept and abide by the following general terms and conditions of sale.

PRICES
Prices are in euros according to the price list in effect on the date of online purchase. Prices include VAT.
Fares include the following taxes: VAT: 10%, port tax: €1.67 per passenger, 7% one-way tax.
How to buy online: online purchases are made via the customer area.
The order will be registered and a copy will be sent to the seller.

PURCHASE CANCELLATION and REFUND:
- Following a decision by the management of Société HORIZON to cancel an outing for reasons inherent to the vendor.
- Other special cases and exceptional circumstances will be submitted to HORIZON management, who will decide whether or not to refund.
All refunds, if accepted by management, will be made directly to the HORIZON ticket office.
Refunds will only be made on presentation of supporting documents. Only the amount indicated will be reimbursed.

PAYMENT TERMS
For all orders placed via the SARL HORIZON website, payment must be made by credit card at the time of purchase. The purchase and tickets will be validated upon confirmation of payment by credit card. The purchaser is solely responsible for his/her ticket, and is responsible for checking the accuracy of the details (destinations, number of people, type of passenger, applicable fare and total amount to be paid).
Any problems should be reported directly to the HORIZON ticket office.

CONFIDENTIALITY :
SARL HORIZON undertakes not to communicate any information concerning the customer without his authorization.

TICKET :
An electronic ticket will be issued to the customer for every purchase made online. The customer must present the printed or electronic (smart phone) ticket to the HORIZON ticket office for validation before boarding.
